Built for serious due diligence, not marketing badges.
Clear data handling, exports, backups, runtime posture, and external assurance pathways — stated honestly, without overclaiming.
Current production posture
The live app is protected by health and readiness checks, production safety controls, backup and export work, and a clear database cutover path. Runtime details are confirmed during customer due diligence instead of being overstated on the public website. The public website is served through Cloudflare with HTTPS, canonical redirects, security headers, and a strict content-security policy.
Data ownership and exports
Customer operational data remains the customer's data. TenancyOps is the system used to store, manage, secure, and export records while the service is active — built around practical exports, evidence packs, controlled offboarding, and customer-specific migration plans for larger rollouts.
Assurance boundary
Current product and operational evidence supports serious sales, pilots, demos, and due-diligence conversations. Large public-sector, government, iwi and social-housing, and franchise production commitments still need formal external assurance: independent penetration testing, privacy impact assessment, legal and procurement review, and SLA sign-off.
Procurement support
For Scale and Enterprise conversations, TenancyOps provides a fuller security, privacy, migration, backup, recovery, and operating-pack discussion before contract signature.
What you won't find here
This website intentionally does not claim certifications, customer logos, or assurance outcomes that have not been formally completed. When we say something is proven, it is — and when it is still on the pathway, we say that too. That is exactly the posture you should demand from any vendor holding your tenancy data.
Bring your security questions. We'll answer straight.
For Scale and Enterprise conversations we can walk through data handling, backup, recovery, exports, and the assurance pathway before contract signature.
