This is a public summary, not a substitute for the signed customer agreement. Paid customers should receive plan, pricing, support, privacy, data, and rollout terms that match their selected package.
Use of the service
TenancyOps is intended for authorised residential property management, commercial property operations, housing operations, and real-estate sales/listing workflows. Users must have permission from their organisation to access the workspace and must use the platform lawfully.
The platform helps organise evidence, communication, workflow, and reporting. It does not replace professional legal, accounting, tenancy, building, or compliance advice.
Plans, fees, and changes
Public monthly pricing is Core NZ$99 plus NZ$1.35 per managed door, Pro NZ$199 plus NZ$1.40 per managed door, and Scale NZ$699 plus NZ$1.50 per managed door. Enterprise is custom.
Any customer agreement should confirm billing frequency, included support, implementation scope, usage assumptions, taxes, payment terms, cancellation rights, and any custom commitments.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of records entered into TenancyOps, staff permissions, lawful communication with tenants, owners, contractors, vendors, buyers, and other participants, and business decisions made using platform information.
Customers should review their own legal, privacy, tenancy, real-estate, trust-accounting, procurement, and insurance obligations before using TenancyOps for regulated or high-volume operations.
Availability and support
TenancyOps aims to provide a reliable service and clear support pathways. Formal support levels, response times, maintenance windows, and procurement commitments should be documented in the customer agreement for Scale and Enterprise rollouts.
